Construction management applies when work is constructed by a number of different trade subcontractors. We help you control the construction process effectively from start to finish.
What is the purpose of
Construction Management?
Construction management is a way of building in which the works are constructed by a number of different sub-contractors. These sub-contractors are contracted to the homeowner or client but fully managed by Moores Projects. We, therefore, act as an agent for you, the client, organising the co-ordinating of the contracted works.
This role is generally appointed early in the design process, in order for us to use our years of experience to improve the buildability and cost-effectiveness. This is the most commonly sought after service, as it removes the Contractors’ overhead and allows works to be managed on an open book process, with the same expertise.
