We bring a framework to a project to ensure that the key elements are correctly identified, defined and properly managed.

What are the additional benefits?

Part of managing risk is the management of the “Time, Cost, Quality” equation. Success in this area enhances outcomes and ensures that the project is brought in on time, on budget, to an appropriate standard and in compliance with the terms of the contract as well as statutory regulation including: Planning, Building Control, as well as HSE requirements etc.

What is your typical project size?

Our typical contract size ranges from £100,000 through to £6 million build cost.

How many are there of you at Moores?

We have six staff on the payroll and four professional consultants. At our annual gathering, we are usually 9/10 people in total. 

What is your main area of operation?

Our main operation is within prime central London and prime Surrey including Wentworth, St George’s Hill, Oxshott, Cobham, Coombe, Wimbledon, Ashley & Burwood Park and other private estates.

Do you carry out building surveys?

Moores Projects are construction specialists. However, Moores Independent Limited, our sister company, carry out pre-purchase building surveys and homebuyer reports as well as a full range of valuation services.
